Many people would often argue about the fact that small houses are not good, they are congested  and does not allow spacious living at all...
But i am gonna tell you that it's wrong to think like that. It completely depends upon the will of a person how he lives and such misconceptions also develop in people due to lack of information.
Trust me when i am saying, small and compact houses are good and also allow a person to live comfortably. According to the present day trends and lifestyles these types of small houses are and going to be in a great demand in future.
Having even a moderate amount of land, we can utilize it wisely by making compact houses....which also leaves us with good amount of area for garden and lawns which are very difficult to have in a house these days due to increase in populations and decrease in amount of lands for housing. Rapidly increasing market for "Smart Furniture" becomes a great factor for reducing the area in the house. Fold able and retractable furniture have a great use in kitchens and drawing rooms.
